This website collects only the information you choose to include when beginning a driver or transportation inquiry. We do not request Social Security numbers, payment details or sensitive employment documents.

The driver inquiry form sends your name, contact details, city, state, CDL-A status, driving experience and preferred contact method to FormSubmit for forwarding to AmEx Logistics Inc by email. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. See FormSubmit's privacy policy. Copies received by AmEx remain in our company email system. The transportation inquiry form prepares a message in your own email application for you to review and send.

Information you send may be used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a recruiting lead or discuss transportation services. Do not submit confidential freight, employment or identity documents through the first-step forms.
